As you leave the room to use the bathroom, suddenly the urge is gone. This night has been great, you are thinking. Your partner is frustrated, you are frustrated, and you still did not have that wonderful orgasm that you dream about. A simple way to find a g-spot is for the woman to stand with her legs apart and insert a finger inside the vagina using a “come here” motion. The g-spot is located about two inches inside. The outer surface feels like the outside of a walnut shell. When it is aroused, it swells up. By applying pressure to the g-spot, an orgasm can be achieved.  Your partner can also experiment with this. When laying down, have your partner insert a finger and perform the same come here motion. You can vary the speed and pressure to find what works for you. When you have that urge to urinate, (like mentioned earlier), fight past that urge. This is actually your g-spot being stimulated. You will not urinate. It is impossible to urinate while the g-spot is aroused. Once you discover how to have a g-spot orgasm, you will wonder what took you so long to read this information! The final type of orgasm to have is a dual action orgasm, or combination of both. This can happen with foreplay or intercourse. It occurs when both the clitoral region and g-spot are stimulated at the same time. Both partners can do this manually or orally. Toys can also be used to achieve this type of orgasm. Whenever participating in a sexual act, always remember a lubricant should be used and a toy cleaner for proper care of your toy.
